Search the brand name before you request an appointment. We’ll tell you whether it is Accepted, Not accepted, or May not be accepted.

Search the label name exactly as shown. If we do not find an exact match, the brand may not be accepted.

Condition

Condition is the second check.

Brand matters, but condition is what decides whether an item is actually resale-ready. Use these examples as the quick pass-or-decline screen.

  • Deep scratches, major edge wear, or visible damage
  • Anything that already looks worn out in photos
