We will return your pickup items and take in the new items you are dropping off.

We are at the far opposite end of the plaza from Kroger, next to George's Restaurant.
Our large outdoor sign says Luxus & Invoco. That is our parent company and this is The Resell Club's main office.
When you arrive
- Pull onto the sidewalk directly in front of our space.
- Have your appointment QR code ready from your text, email, or account.
- No need to call or text when you arrive.
- Please do not enter the office. A team member will come to you.

Bring your new drop-off items
Boxes, bags, or hangers are all fine. Make sure the items follow our condition and brand guidelines.

Pull up and show your QR code
Please do not enter the office. A team member will come to you at your appointment time and scan your pass.

We handle the pickup and drop-off
We will bring your pickup items to your vehicle and take your new drop-off items inside.

Follow the valuation in your account
You will receive a drop-off confirmation and your valuation options will be sent within 1-5 business days.
