We are at the far opposite end of the plaza from Kroger, next to George's Restaurant.

Our large outdoor sign says Luxus & Invoco. That is our parent company and this is The Resell Club's main office.

When you arrive

  • Pull onto the sidewalk directly in front of our space.
  • Have your appointment QR code ready from your text, email, or account.
  • No need to call or text when you arrive.
  • Please do not enter the office. A team member will come to you.

What to expect

    Bring your items

    Boxes, bags, or hangers are all fine. Make sure the items follow our condition and brand guidelines.

    Pull up and show your QR code

    Please do not enter the office. A team member will come to you at your appointment time and scan your pass.

  3. 3

    We take your items inside

    After check-in, our team will bring your items into the office for review.

  4. 4

    Follow the valuation in your account

    You will receive a drop-off confirmation and your valuation options will be sent within 1-5 business days.
